Privacy
This note explains what personal data this website collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written plainly on purpose — if anything is unclear, just email hello@adrianahjort.com.
What is collected
- Newsletter: if you sign up, your email address.
- Contact & inquiries: the name, email, and message you send through the forms.
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across the web.
Why, and the legal basis
- Newsletter — sent only with your consent, given when you subscribe. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).
- Contact & inquiries — used solely to read and reply to your message.
Who processes it
Your data is handled by a few trusted services acting on Adriana Hjort's behalf:
- Resend — stores the newsletter list and sends the emails.
- Web3Forms — delivers messages from the contact and inquiry forms.
- Vercel — hosts the website.
Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there under standard data-protection safeguards. It is never sold or shared for unrelated purposes.
How long it is kept
Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages sent through the forms are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time. For the newsletter you can also just use the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. To make a request, email hello@adrianahjort.com. If you are in the EU/EEA and have a concern, you may also contact your local data-protection authority.
